Pandemic Tip #6: Let students tell you how they really feel

Need a way to check on students?

Muddiest Point Polls (see Angelo & Cross 1998) give students an anonymous way to let you know what they are struggling with. Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, and other free tools support this easily. Responses are collected in a spreadsheet for you.

Suggestion: Record a talking head video of your answers to create social presence, but also create a text version they can skim quickly later if they need a reminder.
